How do I register as a new member?
You can register as a new member of Valley View Estates by filling out the form via the button below. You will be opted in to any emails regarding the Homeowners Association.
Who do I contact with any questions or concerns?
You can contact our HOA manager either via email or you can fill out a form here and they will be in touch with you at their earliest convenience.
What are my dues, and how do I pay?
HOA dues for Valley View Estates are $250 per year. Payments can be made by check or by invoice via email. These dues help cover the maintenance of shared community spaces and support the ongoing care of neighborhood amenities.
What maintenance is provided?
The HOA is responsible for maintaining the walking paths, lake, and dam within Valley View Estates to ensure they remain safe, functional, and enjoyable for all residents. Regular upkeep, stocking of the lake, and inspections will be carried out to preserve these shared spaces. The HOA aims to support the long-term care and accessibility of all of our community features.
